Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course content, we generally do not offer refunds once course materials have been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.

However, we may offer a refund under the following conditions:

You have completed less than 10% of the course content; and
No certificate of completion has been issued for the course.
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after significant use of course content
Failure to use or access the course for personal reasons
Technical issues on your side that are not related to our platform
2. Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.
